Welcome, I am Kimberley Sanders

Sharing your inner feelings, your life and your heart is a very personal and possibly unnerving thing. To share it with a stranger, even more so. I understand. I am here for you and have a true passion to help those who want to live freely but feel suffocated by fear, stress, rejection, hurt or poor self-worth. We live a social media, social justice, performance-based society that imposes unrealistic expectations on us. I know from my own life that we have to fight against these mistruths to get to the freedom, hope, and wholeness waiting. Decide to fight and believe that you are enough.

 

I am a pastoral counselor but I also listen, support, motivate, encourage and point people to God’s truths and away from the lie that they are inferior, defective or worthless. I have a Doctorate in Ministry, a Master's degree in Pastoral Counseling, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and am an ordained minister. I am a wife and a mother of three. I have worked for corporately owned, privately owned and non-profit organizations. I have been on a church staff, a business owner, a stay at home mom and a working mom. I understand the unique challenges and fight for balance in business, faith, family and with yourself.

 

I chose Revive and Renew because they are both words that inspire change but require action. Revive means to restore or regain life or give new strength and energy. Renew is to give fresh life and strength or to replace something that is broken or worn out. I believe that unhealed hurts, lies, pain, and shame will keep you burdened, addicted, stressed and defeated but that doesn’t have to be your new normal.
